Bankstown Sports is seeking a highly organised People & Culture Administrator to join on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover. The role is part-time (3 days a week) from November 2026 to November 2027, reporting to the Head of People and Culture.
You will support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, training administration and data accuracy in a collaborative team environment. Prior HR/People & Culture admin experience and strong communication skills are essential.
