Infrastructure People is seeking an experienced P&C Lead to join the NSW/ACT advisory unit in Sydney. You will lead a portfolio of P&C professionals, partner with business leaders across major projects, and deliver high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

• Significant HR/P&C experience in a senior advisory or business partnering role.
• Proven leadership and people development capability.
• Strong employment relations knowledge and case management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A practical, commercially focused approach to problem solving.
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, mining, utilities or project-based environments will be highly regarded.
