People & Culture plays a key role in shaping NAB’s workplace and colleague experience. Our teams develop and manage people‑related services and initiatives that support our colleagues, leaders and the broader organisation.
We enable NAB’s strategic ambition and act as custodians of the colleague experience. By keeping our services simple, safe and effective, we help our colleagues perform at their best. We also provide data, insights and advice to support leaders in making sustainable workforce decisions.

Our graduate program is designed to build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in People & Culture. Graduates typically transition into Analyst or Associate roles, with opportunities to specialise across different People & Culture teams.
Graduate roles in People & Culture are primarily based in Melbourne, with some opportunities available in Sydney.
The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.
