Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels is seeking a People & Culture professional to support talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by shaping a positive workplace culture, partnering with diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in People & Culture/Human Resources.
• Passion for candidate and employee experience and workplace culture.
• Strong communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of People & Culture including Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts: promoting vacancies, interviews, reference checks, onboarding.
• Plan and deliver Employee Experience initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
• Execute HRIS Workday data input and payroll processing with compliance tasks.
• Support training events and setup in Training Room.
• Generate reports for P&C metrics and analyses.

What you will do:

• Support the full spectrum of People & Culture function, including Compliance & Administration, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Relations
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including promoting vacancies, interviews, reference checks, industry placements and onboarding processes
• Plan and deliver Employee Experience initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development and retention
• Accurately execute HRIS Workday data input and payroll processing as well as assigned compliance tasks in line with local legislation and company policies
• Support administration within Learning & Development and support training events including setting up training and meetings in Training Room
• Support P&C metrics and analysis, by generating reports for RDP&C/ADP&C
• Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and well-being, organising employee eventsand encouraging participation
• Update internal TV's and Notice Boards
• Execute onboarding process of all new starters, ensuring a warm welcome with everything prepared for their arrival
• P&C Office oversight and general administration (keeping area well presented, answering phone calls, passing on messages and ordering supplies)

What you bring:

• Prior or current experience in the same or similar role within People & Culture/Human Resources
• A passion for the candidate/employee experience and contributing to a strong workplace culture
• Sound communication skills with the ability to vary your style to suit a wide variety of audiences
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities whilst meeting tight deadlines

The remuneration for this role is 83k plus super and benefits.
