Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Coordinator to join our ANZ HR Services team. You will handle end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand, support onboarding and employee records, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

You will manage payroll inquiries, maintain data in HR systems, and contribute to audits and remuneration processes, delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Sound experience in payroll services and end-to-end payroll processing.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Sound knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-to-end payroll processes for Australia and New Zealand.
• Act as a key payroll contact and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting.
• Maintain HR data in systems and assist remuneration activities.
