APG & Co Pty Ltd is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support HR administration, recruitment coordination, and the employee lifecycle across the business. Reporting to the GM People & Culture, you will help deliver our people strategy and ensure a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented and passionate about fostering an engaging workplace culture within a dynamic fashion company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture, retail experience preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end HR administration and employee lifecycle support.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, job postings and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity.
• Assist with HR policy communication and document preparation.
• Support culture initiatives, engagement activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support RTW (return to work) processes and workers' compensation liaison.
