Green Grid Connect, part of the Gransolar Group, is seeking a people-centric Coordinator to support the People & Culture Department in Brisbane. You will assist with recruitment ads, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and documentation.

This role offers growth with a rapidly expanding renewable energy business, flexible working arrangements, modern Brisbane offices, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• You must be a people person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a coordinator role is preferred (1–2 years).
• Proficiency in Google tools and platforms is required.
• Experience in Construction/Renewable industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment processes by placing ads, sourcing and screening candidates.
• Assist in shortlisting, arranging interviews and preparing documentation for offers.
• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Conduct inductions for new employees and manage onboarding.
• Assist on training plans: enrolling training, scheduling and coordinating sessions and updating the Training Matrix.
• Collaborate on projects for employee training and recruitment.
• Handle administrative duties for the P&C Department – organizational charts, employment contracts, renewals, reports and data updates.
