Zenitas Healthcare Pty is seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to support our Claro Aged Care & Disability Services group in Melbourne. The role focuses on ER/IR advisory, advising managers, and delivering HR generalist activities to enhance workforce outcomes.

Reporting to the P&C Business Partner, you will interpret awards, support investigations, and develop reporting while collaborating with a values-driven team committed to improving lives.

Qualifications

• ER/IR advisory experience in service sector preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
• A quick, solution-focused and people-centric approach.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing time pressures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Understanding of employment legislation.
• Desire to collaborate with an incredible team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ER advice and coach managers through employment matters.
• Interpret modern awards and Fair Work Act with sound knowledge.
• Conduct workplace investigations with procedural fairness.
• Support line managers with staff performance management.
• Develop reporting and recommendations on P&C initiatives.
• Assist with delivering HR activities to the highest standard.
