Job summary

Burwood Council is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to drive engagement, onboarding, payroll support and HRIS accuracy across the employee lifecycle. The role offers flexible/hybrid working and a chance to deliver wellbeing initiatives and a welcoming workplace culture.

You will need a Diploma in HR or related discipline, a service mindset, strong organisational skills and MS Office proficiency, plus a current C Class driver licence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related discipline, or equivalent employee lifecycle experience.
• Genuine service mindset and the confidence to build strong relationships at every level.
• Excellent organisation, sound judgement and an eye for detail, even when priorities compete.
• Strong Microsoft Office and systems skills, plus a current C Class driver licence.

• Current Driver's Licence
