Aligned Leisure seeks a motivated People & Compliance Coordinator to oversee HR administration, recruitment, rostering, payroll, and contract compliance across multiple locations in the municipal framework. You will partner with the Richmond Football Club People & Culture team and council stakeholders to ensure policy adherence and high service standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in HR/business, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes with accuracy.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years' experience in business, finance or human resources will be advantageous.
• Very high levels of organisation and attention to detail are required.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children’s Check.
• First aid and CPR qualifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Culture development: support and implement our People framework, values and service standards.
• Human resource management: manage recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, payroll, qualifications and wellbeing programs.
• Administration of contract compliance: monitor contract obligations, document milestones and reporting.
• Administrative support to Leisure Manager as required.
• Contribute to leadership team by modelling values and ensuring staff understand expectations.
• Deliver outstanding service: uphold customer charter and service standards and remain responsive to stakeholders.
