  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365, document preparation, spreadsheets, electronic records and confidence working across multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, accurate correspondence and communicate professionally with employees and managers.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking documents, entering information and maintaining records.
  • Practical problem-solving skills, with the confidence to resolve routine administrative issues and seek guidance when needed.
