Job summary

DRA Global is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator in Perth to support end-to-end HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, data management, and governance.

You will partner with leaders, manage confidential information, and drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes. A 3–5 year background in HR coordination is preferred, with tertiary qualifications in HR or related field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Manage onboarding activities, including new starter documentation and inductions.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and Talent Management System.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle administration and records management.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and prepare reports to identify trends and improvements.
  • Coordinate visa and immigration requirements for timely processing.
  • Maintain LMS records and monitor mandatory training completion.
  • Ensure governance against employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the People & Culture inbox and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with People & Culture programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and processes.

The Role:

Join our team as a People & Culture Coordinator, supporting a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers broad exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with leaders across the business. We're seeking someone who is organised, service-oriented and confident working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation, and best-practice standards.
  • Manage onboarding activities, including new starter documentation, inductions, and system access.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across HR systems, processes, and employee experiences.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.

You are a confident and highly organised individual who enjoys supporting people and delivering outstanding service. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar People & Culture role.
  • An understanding of Fair Work legislation, employment practices, and Award interpretation.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
