This role will see you:

Manage land development projects through planning, design, approvals and construction, maintaining oversight of scope, programs, budgets and delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and development partners, providing clear advice, managing expectations and resolving challenges.

Coordinate civil designers, engineers and other internal and external consultants to deliver integrated project outcomes.

Work closely with design leads to plan resources, review progress and keep design delivery on track.

Coordinate approval submissions and liaise with relevant authorities to progress projects.

Oversee tender and contract documentation with support from technical specialists and construction consultants.

Monitor project performance, including fees, invoicing, variations and risks, addressing issues early.

Contribute to the development of our Adelaide team by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and strengthening client relationships.

About you

You're a Project Manager with demonstrated experience delivering land development projects, particularly greenfield subdivisions and associated civil infrastructure. Your experience will include managing the consultancy and design delivery phases of projects, with the confidence to take ownership and make considered decisions.

You’ll bring:

A strong understanding of the land development lifecycle, including civil design, authority approvals and the transition into construction.

Experience managing project programs, budgets, resources and competing priorities.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, authorities and multidisciplinary consultants.

Commercial awareness and confidence managing project scope, fees, variations and financial performance.

A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving, with sound judgement and attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share your knowledge and support the development of others.

Experience in the South Australian land development market and established relationships with local authorities and developers will be highly regarded.
