Job summary

Youi Insurance is seeking a dedicated Claims Coordinator for an in-office role at Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. You will manage multiple home claims, guide customers through next steps, and ensure timely progress through structured workflows while maintaining clear records and compliance.

Most days involve managing several claims at once. You'll review documents, organise repairs, respond to customer calls and keep everything moving through structured workflows. Some customers will be calm. Others will be stressed because their home has been damaged. Staying organised, clear and steady matters just as much as empathy.

What You’ll Be Doing
