Anglicare Sydney is hiring a People Administrator on a casual basis, 2 days per week, to support efficient HR services and employee data integrity across the organisation.
Reporting to the People Admin Team Leader, you will handle end-to-end administration, respond to inquiries with great customer service, maintain Workday records, assist with invoices and coordinate student placements, while contributing to process improvements and a positive employee experience.

As our People Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of people administration services across Anglicare Sydney. This is a casual opportunity working 2 days per week , ideal for someone seeking flexibility while building their experience in Human Resources.
Reporting to the People Admin Team Leader, you will provide high‑quality HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, strong probity compliance and excellent customer service to stakeholders across the organisation.
Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, line managers and external providers, you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly and consistently, supporting both compliance and positive employee experiences.
