Qualifications

• Strong PEGA credentials with CSSA or CLSA-P1 certification.
• Proven PEGA expertise building and optimizing enterprise-scale PEGA solutions.
• Experience across full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and enhance PEGA applications.
• Contribute to PEGA roadmap and prioritise enhancements.
• Support platform upgrades and new UI capabilities, automation and AI features.
• Provide expert technical support and escalation for platform stability.
