Flourish Australia invites applications for a casual Peer Worker or Mental Health Worker to join the Broken Hill team. You will support people with lived experience of mental health issues to achieve their hopes and goals, delivering person-led, strengths-based recovery services in the local community.
Role is casual, Monday–Friday, based in Broken Hill, with Level 3 pay on the Flourish Australia EA (2018) and superannuation plus 25% casual loading.

You will use your lived experience to inform and contribute to staff learning, serviceunderstanding, and delivering person-led, strengths focused, recovery based service.

Successful candidates must maintain an Australian drivers license and proof of comprehensive insurance must be provided when required. You may be directed to use your private motor vehicle in the course of performing your duties when an organisational pool motor vehicle is unavailable. You will receive the Travelling Transport and Fares Allowance when using your private vehicle for work related purposes.
