Flourish Australia is seeking an Employment Coordinator to join the Inclusive Employment Australia team in Surry Hills. The role involves connecting with participants, assisting with resumes and applications, and building relationships with local employers to identify opportunities.
You will support participants to overcome barriers to employment, track outcomes and KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure long-term employment success within a supportive team environment.

As the Employment Coordinator, you will be connecting with people who access Flourish Australia's services, to understand their goals, strengths and challenges, and help them build a personalised pathway to employment. You'll provide practical support with resumes, job applications and interview preparation, empowering people to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment.
You will also be out in the community building relationships with local employers, identifying opportunities, and matching participants with roles where they can thrive. It is the Employment Coordinators role to support all referred participants according to their goals and skills regarding employment and barriers to employment needing to be addressed to support finding and maintaining suitable ongoing employment. Once participants start work, you'll continue to provide coaching and support to both employees and employers to help create long-term employment success.
