• Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or willingness to work towards qualification within first 6 months of employment.
• Direct lived experience of life changing mental health challenges, mental health service use, as well as periods of healing and personal recovery.
• Commitment to safely and purposely share lived experience to engender hope and support others on their personal recovery journey.
