Wellways Australia is seeking a Wellbeing Navigator Peer in Mildura to support people on their mental health journey. You will provide person-centred, strengths-based peer support and help clients connect with services and social opportunities.

The role focuses on intake, one-on-one support, and collaborative care planning, with responsibilities spanning navigation of health, wellbeing and community resources and building daily life skills.

Competenze

• Demonstrated lived experience and recovery of mental health challenges or related areas.
• Willingness to undertake required checks and training listed in the role requirements.
• Evidence of right to work in Australia and ability to travel as needed.

• Welcome people accessing the service and assist with intake processes
• Provide intentional, strengths-based peer support
