Western NSW Local Health District – Dubbo NSW is seeking a Peer Support Worker to join our Community Drug and Alcohol team. In this role, you will use your personal recovery journey to provide authentic, compassionate support to people accessing our services, promoting collaborative decision‑making, engagement, choice and empowerment throughout their treatment.

• Participate in reflective practice, regular peer supervision, and ongoing professional development through forums, committee meetings, in‑service days, workshops and working groups.
• Contribute to education for health professionals and the wider community by sharing lived-experience insights that deepen understanding of issues affecting people accessing drug and alcohol services.
