Amazing Care is seeking a motivated LPN with pediatric home health experience to join our Brighton team. You will provide private duty nursing in patients’ homes, supporting families and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based EMR system.
