Job summary

NSW Health, Sydney Children's Hospital Network, Westmead, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Grade 1-2 to support pharmacy services for patients and clients. This full-time role (38 hours per week) involves technician duties and advanced practice tasks to enable pharmacists to focus on clinical care.

Permanent NSW Health appointment with salary range 71,338.54 to 85,248.83 AUD plus 12% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading, and salary packaging where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completed qualification in a relevant field recognised by the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.
• Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 eligibility per NSW Health award.
• Certificate IV qualifications may be considered for Grade 2.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the provision and development of pharmacy services to patients in the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network.
• Perform technician support roles and assist in advanced practice tasks to enable pharmacists to focus on clinical services.
