Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Dapto is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead high‑quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS. You will mentor educators, collaborate with families, and help create a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives.

This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, fostering a supportive team and ongoing professional development in child-centered practice.

Qualifikationen

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes for children.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum.
• Lead reflective practice and mentor educators to strengthen teaching practice and educational outcomes.
• Observe and document children's learning and development, creating experiences that promote inclusion, independence and school readiness.
• Maintain active supervision and promote high standards of child safety and safeguarding.
• Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, collaborative team culture.
