Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and providing feedback to students and parents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, staff and community.
• Commitment to Department values and ongoing professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals to achieve student outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum area development and evaluation within the school.
• Engage in activities such as parent meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Supervise and mentor student teachers where appropriate.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches and improve learning outcomes.
