• Deep knowledge of PDHPE 7-12 curriculum and pedagogy.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to translate respectful relationships education into whole-school practice.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional learning for adults.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional learning programs grounded in adult learning principles.
• Deliver the Respectful Relationships: Proactive Education initiative in collaboration with other education consultants.
• Provide expert guidance on interpreting NSW PDHPE 7-12 syllabuses for diverse schools.
• Develop curriculum resources, frameworks, and tools to support teaching and learning.
