Job summary

Private Advertiser in Sydney area is seeking an Electronics Assembler/Process Worker for immediate start. You will manually load components onto PCBs, perform hand soldering, and assist in final assembly on the production line.

The role requires high-quality soldering, good English communication, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with fine motor precision. Applicants should be able to lift and handle components as needed in a production setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High-quality hand soldering skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Experience loading SMT and/or THT components onto PCBs.
• Experience crimping cables and stripping wires.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks to high standards.
• Excellent fine motor skills for precision assembly.
• Experience with hand tools; SMT inspection/rework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hand soldering surface mount and through-hole components onto PCBs.
• Basic final assembly of electronic equipment using power/hand tools.
• Manual cable crimping and wire stripping.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting as required by production.
• Inspect loaded circuit boards for quality.
• Rework circuit boards using desoldering tools.
• General electronic assembly work on the production line.
