Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd is seeking reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Assemblers for immediate start on day shifts. Join a busy production team and perform assembly with hand tools, operate equipment as needed, and conduct quality checks.

You’ll move finished goods with trolleys and pallet jacks, count stock, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates have manufacturing/production experience, full Australian working rights, and can commit to 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Available 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Reliable and safety-focused, able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required.
• Perform quality checks.
• Move finished products using trolleys/pallet jacks.
• Stock counting and general production duties.
• Repetitive lifting up to 10 kg.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
