Job summary

DNA Recruitment in Stanthorpe, QLD is seeking Personal Care Assistants to support our network of aged care facilities. You will provide personal care and companionship, while building a flexible roster that fits your lifestyle and helps residents live with dignity.

We offer morning, afternoon or night shifts and a team-focused culture that values empathy and reliability. Aged care qualifications and current certifications are required to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience.
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver’s licence is advantage.
• Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current).
• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives.

About the Role

As a PCA, you’ll be providing personal care, companionship, and support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
