Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support to practitioners.
• Coach, mentor and develop the team to achieve excellent results and professional growth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of Practitioners as the team expands.
• Monitor utilisation, caseloads, quality and performance to ensure sustainable workloads and excellent client outcomes.
• Provide clinical guidance and facilitate regular supervision and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with the local team to continually improve service delivery.
