Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join our Australian payroll team. This role covers end-to-end payroll processing for our Australian workforce, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, taxes, and superannuation.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and clients to maintain accuracy, resolve issues and continuously improve processes. Ideally based in Melbourne with a hybrid working model, you will contribute to year-end processing, audits and system improvements while

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience across Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and EBAs (if applicable).
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, Chris21/iChris, or Datapay.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large workforce.
• Maintain payroll records and accuracy across systems.
• Respond to payroll queries with professional service.
• Support audits, reporting and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and stakeholders to ensure timely payroll.
