Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking a Payroll/People & Culture Officer to join the Organisational Performance team. This full-time fixed-term role manages payroll, maintains payroll systems and prepares reports to ensure accuracy and award compliance.

You will provide payroll advice and support improvements to HR and payroll processes, contributing to a small, collaborative team within a NSW council.

Competenze

• Minimum two years work-related experience.
• Certificate III in Accounts Administration or relevant work experience.
• Commitment to providing excellent client services.

Mansioni

• Processes payroll and maintains payroll systems.
