Job summary

You will manage employee records, time and attendance data, and payroll transactions while collaborating with HR, Finance and operational leaders to ensure timely and correct payments.

• Experience with Australian payroll legislation.
• Experience using Kronos, ADP and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing.
• Maintain employee records, time and attendance data, and payroll transactions to a high standard.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, HR and Finance to ensure accurate payments.
• Process new employee setups and payroll adjustments.
• Validate labour hire hours and supplier invoices.
• Prepare superannuation payments and maintain records.
• Respond to payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
