Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Officer to join our client's team in Melbourne. You will manage fortnightly payroll across multiple Australian states, maintain employee records, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Experience using Kronos is highly desirable. You will also provide general finance assistance, including accounts payable and payroll reporting, while ensuring compliance with Fair Work, awards, and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience processing end-to-end payroll.
• Knowledge of Kronos and HRIS systems.
• Multi-state payroll knowledge and awareness of awards.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and general finance support.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll across multiple states.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of the Division, you will manage fortnightly payroll across multiple Australian states, maintain accurate employee records, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Experience using Kronos is highly desirable.

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
