Job summary

The Access Group Talent Services, part of The Access Group, seeks an experienced MicrOpay Payroll Officer to manage payroll for a 2-3 month assignment in Heidelberg, Melbourne. Flexible 3-5 days per week with some work-from-home options.

You will process end-to-end payroll for 100 staff using MicrOpay and deliver fortnightly pays with accurate reporting. Key tasks include updating master data, importing timesheets, reconciling leave balances and payroll queries.

Our client is requiring an experienced MicrOpay Payroll Officer to work 3-5 days per week our client is very flexible, to manage the payroll for a 2-3 month period. Working from home flexibility is available.

On a daily basis your role will involve:

• Update and input master data payroll changes into MicrOpay
• Action any queries or adjustments
• Importing time sheets
• Adjust insufficient leave balances/entries and reconcile
• Finalise pays fortnightly for 100 staff and payroll reporting
• Auditing of payruns
• Check, update and reconcile workers compensation payments.

Salary: Up to $55 per hour, depending on experience
