CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Brisbane CBD is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll across CPL Group, ensuring compliance with Fair Work, superannuation and STP obligations. You will maintain employee records, support year-end activities and contribute to a high-quality payroll service in a supportive, people-centred team.

With at least 2 years of payroll experience and familiarity with Aurion, you will bring strong Excel skills and discreet handling of confidential

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' end-to-end payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work, payroll legislation and superannuation.
• Aurion experience is highly regarded; proficient Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end payroll fortnightly and maintain accurate HRIS records.
• Support year-end activities including payment summaries and audits.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, STP, superannuation and award interpretations.
• Assist with payroll system testing and process improvements.
