• Solid end-to-end payroll experience with interpretation of awards/enterprise agreements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll data.
• Strong communication to explain pay outcomes clearly.
• Proactive mindset for process improvements and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving fortnightly payroll data.
• Interpreting award and enterprise agreement conditions, including allowances, penalties and shift entitlements.
• Being the go-to person for payroll queries from employees across the business.
• Assisting with super, payroll tax and end-of-period requirements.
• Identifying process improvements and helping shape how payroll runs going forward.
