Randstad Australia in Brisbane Northside is seeking a Payroll Officer to join the payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will manage end-to-end pay runs, maintain employee data and ensure compliance with award interpretations.

The role offers $90K plus Super, a hybrid work arrangement (3 days WFH) and onsite parking, with a focus on accuracy, process improvement and timely responses to employee and customer queries.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in a dedicated payroll role.
• Experience using a large payroll system.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience interpreting awards and staying compliant.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end processing of pay runs accurately and on time.
• Updating and maintaining employee records and data.
• Managing time and attendance systems, pay rules, and leave processing.
• Year end activities and reconciliations.
• Award interpretation and ensuring payroll compliance.
• Responding to customer and employee queries in a timely, professional manner.
