Job summary

TP Human Capital is recruiting an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-established organisation in Townsville. You will work alongside the Payroll Coordinator to support the accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll for a large workforce, with duties extending to payroll reporting and process improvements.

The successful candidate will have solid payroll administration experience, strong knowledge of awards and payroll legislation, and a keen eye for detail to provide accurate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll administration within a larger organisation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll awards, enterprise agreements and legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail with an analytical and methodical approach.
• Ability to identify and resolve payroll issues and provide accurate advice.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

About You
