AccountAbility Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Officer in Sydney CBD. You will manage end-to-end payroll for a designated group, including onboarding and lifecycle changes, with exposure to multiple Awards and EBAs. This role offers a flexible hybrid model with two days work-from-home.

Qualifications

• 1+ years payroll experience, ideally in a smaller company with end-to-end payroll experience.
• Confidence managing manual calculations and payroll adjustments.
• Experience with Awards/EBAs.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented with high attention to detail.
