Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises is seeking a Payroll Officer to partner with franchise businesses across Australia. This high-visibility, fast-paced role focuses on payroll accuracy, compliance and stakeholder support, with opportunities to influence processes and the employee experience for thousands of team members.

You’ll work with experienced payroll colleagues, tackle diverse payroll challenges, and collaborate with finance teams to deliver reliable, timely payroll and related reporting.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience across a weekly payroll environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Experience with payroll systems and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payrolls for a portfolio of Domino’s franchise businesses.
• Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and support.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide expert payroll guidance.
• Manage employee payroll changes including starters, terminations, leave, pay rate updates and employment changes.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, queries and compliance matters.
• Support superannuation processing and payroll reconciliations.
• Collaborate with accounting, bookkeeping and internal support teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist with payroll audits, reporting and regulatory requirements.
