Job summary

Domino's Pizza Enterprises is seeking a Franchise Development Coordinator to help identify the next generation of Franchise Partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will support a team of Development Specialists, guiding candidates through early stages, assessing fit, and coordinating the recruitment process.

In this highly visible role, you will engage with internal stakeholders across Operations, Property, Finance and Legal, manage pipelines, and contribute to franchise growth strategies

• Coordinate interviews, orientation activities, and recruitment stages.
• Support franchise resales, transfers and development transactions.
• Partner with Operations, Property, Finance and Legal.

As our Franchise Development Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of Domino's growth strategy, helping identify the next generation of Franchise Partners who will drive the expansion of our network across Australia and New Zealand.

Supporting a team of Franchise Development Specialists, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective franchise candidates, guiding them through the early stages of their journey while assessing suitability, commercial viability and alignment with the Domino's brand. This is a highly visible role that combines stakeholder engagement, commercial thinking, relationship building and coordination.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for franchise enquiries across Australia and New Zealand.
• Conduct initial suitability discussions with prospective Franchise Partners.
• Ask insightful questions to understand candidates' background, motivations and commercial suitability.
• Assess opportunities against established franchise criteria and business requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
• Coordinate interviews, orientation activities and various stages of the franchise recruitment process.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for Development Specialists.
• Support franchise resales, transfers and development transactions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Property, Finance and Legal.
