HLH Group, based in Bondi Junction, seeks a Payroll & Finance Coordinator for a three-month contract with potential to go permanent. You will support weekly payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and finance reporting in a busy labour-hire environment, reporting to the Financial Controller and wider operations team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with weekly payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of STP, superannuation, payroll tax, BAS and Australian payroll obligations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with payroll, accounting systems.
• Qualif is desirable but practical experience is essential.

Aufgaben

• Process weekly payroll, including timesheet reviews and payroll readiness checks.
• Respond to candidate and client payroll queries in a clear, timely and professional manner.
• Set up, allocate and reconcile superannuation payments and resolve superannuation errors.
• Support accounts payable by entering supplier bills, preparing payments and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks including client follow-up and statements.
• Complete Xero reconciliations, internal transfers and cash-flow support tasks.
• Prepare payroll tax, BAS and other statutory payments as required.
• Support finance reporting and general finance administration.
