Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in BA, process governance and project management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with payroll and industrial instruments.
• Ability to handle large data sets for payroll reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll compliance checks and mitigate non-compliance risks.
• Improve payroll processes and automate where possible.
