Job summary

Appselec Pty Ltd, a growing electrical company, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our on-site payroll team in Melbourne. If you are looking to build on your payroll admin skills, this is the role for you.

You will manage end-to-end payroll for a large volume, handle superannuation, timesheets and reporting, and ensure compliance with legislation and EBAs. We offer a stable, full-time position with Christmas leave in a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll
• Experience in an EBA environment preferred
• Experience handling high-volume payroll desirable
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for a large payroll volume
• Processing superannuation and payroll-related payments
• Reviewing, editing, and managing timesheets
• Payroll administration and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA)

Appselec Pty Ltd is a growing and well-established electrical company with a positive workplace culture. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This is an on-site role within a supportive payroll team. If you are looking to build on your payroll admin skills then this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing for a large payroll volume
• Processing superannuation and payroll-related payments
• Reviewing, editing, and managing timesheets
• Payroll administration and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA)
• Resolving payroll queries for employees and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience working within an EBA environment preferred but not essential
• Able to support processing of large payroll volumes
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• Pronto payroll experience preferred but not essential
