Redpath Mining Inc. in Brisbane is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team. You will start with time and attendance across multiple sites, learning payroll processes and data entry, and assisting with employee queries.

Training will be provided on our payroll systems, including Oracle, ADP and Redview. As you gain experience, you will contribute to the wages component of our fortnightly payroll, supporting approximately 1,500 employees across the business.

Qualifications

  • Previous payroll, time and attendance, administration or high-volume data entry experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with payroll or time and attendance systems is advantageous but not essential, with training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage time and attendance administration across multiple operational sites, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
  • Complete data entry, checking and validation, identifying discrepancies and following up missing or incorrect information.
  • Maintain accurate employee, payroll and time and attendance information across relevant systems.
  • Assist with employee and stakeholder payroll queries, working closely with the payroll team and site contacts to resolve issues.
  • Support the shared payroll inbox and ensure enquiries are managed accurately and professionally.
  • Follow established payroll processes and controls while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • With training and support, progressively develop your payroll knowledge and assist with the fortnightly pay run.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider payroll team supporting approximately 1,500 employees across the business.
