This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in payroll administration within a supportive team environment. Working closely with an experienced and approachable Payroll Manager, you'll receive training, guidance and the opportunity to build your skills on the job.
Previous payroll experience isn't essential for the right person. We're open to someone at entry level who has a great attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn. The business has a strong history of recognising its people and promoting internally, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow and build a long-term career.
Our client is an established organisation based in Adelaide's CBD, offering a supportive working environment and a strong focus on developing its people. With an experienced manager who is happy to share their knowledge and a history of internal recognition and career progression, this is an opportunity to join a team where you're supported to build your confidence and capability.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a career in payroll. Previous payroll or administration experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential for the right person.
You'll have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and a proactive approach to your work. You'll be comfortable asking questions, taking on feedback and learning new systems and processes. Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude are important, along with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and keen to grow. If you're looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn from an experienced manager and build your skills over time, we'd love to hear from you.
