Job summary

Outsized is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Manager in Sydney to drive deployment of digital payment solutions across Australia and New Zealand. The role is a full‑time 12‑month contract based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid model (up to 4 days in the office or with clients).

You will own delivery for Click to Pay, token authentication, and secure card on file, coordinating with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure smooth integration, fast adoption, and optimal customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer implementations end-to-end from discovery to go-live.
• Hands-on payments integration with HPP/iframe and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication and security (OAuth 1.0/2.0, encryption).
• Ability to lead client integrations and guide UX/UI collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own technical product delivery for Click to Pay, Token Authentication, and Secure Card on File.
• Manage customer implementations from sale through post-launch support.
• Drive integration with acquirers, PSPs, and merchants.
• Collaborate with global teams to localise payment frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with scheme standards and local regulations.
• Define requirements, user flows, and technical specs with engineering teams.
• Monitor and optimise product performance and customer experience.
