Qualifications

• Proven experience in a release management function for critical, large-scale systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining release calendars across multiple teams and environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and cross‑functional collaboration.”
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling such as JIRA or ServiceNow is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a forward release schedule balancing dependencies and priorities.
• Plan, coordinate and manage releases across non-production and production environments.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and interdependencies affecting release scope and schedule.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and quality assurance checks for standards and risk controls.
• Communicate upcoming changes and release plans to stakeholders across the Bank.
