Westpac Institutional Bank Operations is seeking a Team Member to support day-to-day enquiries and transactions for institutional clients by phone and email. You will own queries and work toward prompt, accurate resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with operations, risk, fraud and branch teams, build knowledge of banking processes, and help teammates while meeting daily deadlines. This role requires strong attention to detail and good time management.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of banking or finance, with awareness of privacy, risk and compliance requirements.

• Handle day-to-day enquiries and transactions from institutional clients by phone and email.
• Collaborate with teams across Westpac (operations, risk, fraud, phone and branches) to resolve queries.
